SAN Miguel Beer has traded Terrence Romeo and power forward Vic Manuel on Monday two days before Season 49 of the PBA Commissioner's Cup gets going.
The Beermen sent Romeo and Manuel to Terrafirma in exchange for guard Juami Tiongson and 6-5 Andreas Cahilig.
Romeo, who was drafted fifth overall by GlobalPort in the 2013 Rookie Draft, won three titles with the Beermen.
He was acquired by SMB from TNT in 2018 in exchange for David Semerad, Brian Heruela and SMB's 2021 first round pick.
Tiongson, on the other hand, was selected 12th overall by Blackwater in the 2014 PBA Draft.

The team waived Tiongson after two seasons. The streak shooting guard was picked by NLEX in the free agent market during the 2017 Commissioner's Cup.
NorthPort acquired Tiongson from NLEX in exchange for Michael Miranda on Aug. 20, 2019 then sent him to Terrafirma in exchange for Jerramy King.
